Kim Eulo, Head of Performance at Universal Apnea, is a highly accredited and highly skilled performance specialist with over two decades of experience across aquatics, elite sport, open water performance, freediving, ocean rescue, emergency services and defence training. Holding a Bachelor of Health Science, Kim is an accredited coach with Swimming Australia and an AIDA Master Freediver, combining high-performance coaching with a strong operational, safety and risk-management focus.
Kim Eulo is a highly experienced aquatic performance and human optimisation specialist with over two decades working across aquatics, elite sport, emergency services, defence and ocean rescue. She brings together operational leadership with advanced coaching, education and training expertise, delivering a unique blend of swim coaching, open water training, master freediving, breathwork and high-performance development. Her approach is strongly grounded in safety and risk management with a consistent focus on building resilience, confidence and high-level performance in demanding and high-pressure environments.
Kim has worked with national and state sporting organisations including Swimming Australia, Australian Olympic Committee and Masters Swimming NSW. Her experience includes working with NRL Top 30 squads, Olympic-level athletes and multidisciplinary allied health teams to support peak performance, recovery, wellbeing, and human optimisation.
She delivers specialised training to first responders, rescue operations teams, elite athletes, and defence personnel - including NSW Ambulance, Police, Fire and Rescue, and the Australian Defence Force. Her work regularly operates in high-risk aquatic environments, with extensive experience in aquatics, open water safety and rescue operations.
Kim is highly experienced in designing and leading programs focused on human performance, breathwork, aquatic safety, mindset, recovery, and resilience. She is recognised for developing evidence-based, cross-disciplinary systems that maximise human performance, improve decision-making under stress, and enhance tactical readiness across elite sport, open water environments, emergency response, and defence settings.
