With more than 30 years of experience as an Operating Theatre Nurse, Lisa has built a distinguished career working in some of the most demanding clinical environments, specialising in Intensive Care and Anaesthetics. Holding postgraduate qualifications in both Intensive Care and Anaesthetics, Lisa brings extensive expertise in managing complex emergency and trauma cases within high-pressure operating theatre settings.
Recognised as both a highly skilled clinician and experienced leader, Lisa has developed a strong reputation for remaining calm, organised, and decisive under pressure. Years of working in emergency environments have refined her ability to prioritise critical situations, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and deliver exceptional patient care when precision and rapid decision-making matter most.
Beyond the clinical environment, Lisa has a lifelong passion for swimming, breath training, apnea, ocean swimming, and physical education. Combining a deep understanding of human physiology with a passion for performance and wellbeing, she is dedicated to exploring the powerful connection between breath control, resilience, physical performance, and mental focus.
