We'll be running 2 hour training blocks that include 60 minutes of in-water training followed by a dryland breathwork session. This training is specific for surfers, swimmers and surf lifesavers. You'll be building on your water fitness and skillset for dealing with difficult ocean conditions. If you haven't joined one of these sessions yet - get pumped! They are super fun and challenging in the right way. Kim will be putting you through some very cool underwater drills aimed at extending your breath-holds and getting you feeling way more confident and happy in the ocean.
