Universal Apnea | Emergency Services Wellness Workshop Sunday August 9 | 8:30am – 12:00 noon | Gosford Olympic Pool $250 per person | Maximum 12 participants Designed exclusively for current, transitioning and former emergency services workers — police, ambulance, fire and rescue — and their immediate family members. 18 years and older. This workshop provides effective tools for stress response, panic management and emotional regulation in a practical, evidence-based blend of health education, light swimming and breathwork relaxation session built specifically for Emergeandsee members. What the day looks like: The workshop opens with a dryland education component exploring how the body responds to stress, anxiety and PTSD, covering practical tools for managing panic, anxiety, sleep issues, motivation and general state of being. From there, the group moves into the pool for a gentle breathwork and swimming component focused on breath management and nervous system regulation. Basic water comfort is all that is required - this is not a high intensity fitness session. The day closes with a guided dryland relaxation and breath session, leaving you with techniques to use independently to help management stress, anxiety and overall state of being. Your presenter: Kim Eulo is a trusted Emergeandsee provider who has worked with hundreds of members and delivered workshops at various stations and facilities across NSW. She also delivers a similar program to the Trainee Rehabilitation Wing of the Australian Army's Military School of Engineering. Kim holds a Bachelor of Health Science, is a highly accredited Swimming Australia coach and certified Master Freediver. Important information: This workshop has been 50% subsidised by Emergeandsee and is strictly available to Emergeandsee members and their immediate family (18+) . Payment of $250 is required at the time of booking. The course fee is non-refundable. Booking is simple and completed entirely online.
