Service Description
This is your single session booking for a guided dryland breathwork group session. Dryland guided breathwork sessions are 60 minutes and are lead by a highly accredited Universal Apnea instructor. Our instructors are allied health professionals and/or hold Australian university bachelor degree (or higher) in health sciences, applied sciences or exercise and physiology. Roll out a comfy mat and be guided through specific breathing patterns for both physical and mental health. Location: Toowoon Bay Surf Life Saving Club. Toowoon Bay sessions are held in the main hall (top level) which is an indoor space with protection from the elements. The space is absolute beach-front with stunning views of Toowoon Bay. Entry to the hall is from the read entry (road side) through the glass doors which open straight into the main hall. Times: 6.30pm - 7.30pm. Entry to the surf club is between 6.15pm and 6.30pm. We close the doors and begin the session at 6.30pm sharp. Please ensure you are inside and ready to go before 6.30pm. What to bring: - Yoga mat or a padded mat that will be comfortable for you to lay out on for 50 minutes. Please be sure to have some good padding as the floor is polished wood. A standard thin yoga mat may not be comfortable enough. If in doubt, add more foam. - Small, thin head pillow or towel to use as a head rest. - Water bottle. - Eye mask if you wish to use one. - You may like to use a pillow for your lower legs if you wish. - Wear comfortable clothes and bring something warm as you may feel the cold during your session. Places are limited. All bookings and payments must be completed online and prior to your session. We can not accept bookings and payments at the session.
