SCIENCE OF THE BREATH 3 weeks to better breathing

A 3 week program designed to upskill and educate in evidence-based breathing practice and techniques for mental and physical health applications including stress, anxiety, sleep, recovery and performance.

There are 3 x 1 hour sessions in this program that are a lovely blend of education and practice. Each session includes education around the science of breathwork before working on practical breathing exercises. These tools and exercises will be easy to learn and are suitable for complete beginners right through to breathwork masters.

Each session will have you learning new tools for you to apply in your every day life and understand which breathing patterns are best for different life situations. If you are interested in the science behind breathwork for mental health and physical health, or simply want to broaden your knowledge and learn new tools, this program is for you!

Science of the Breath is run by Universal Apnea's Kim Eulo (B.HSc, WWC) a 20+ year coach who specialises in breathwork for high performance sport, emergency services, PTSD and mental health applications. You can read more about our professional coaching and education team via the TEAM page.

LOCATION Komuniti Yoga Cafe. 310A The Entrance Rd Long Jetty NSW 2261. Komuniti is an oasis nestled within the hustle and bustle of the iconic Long Jetty, Central Coast, NSW. Komuniti boasts a stunning purpose built studio, community co-working hubs and an amazing Café complete with a Balinese style Zen Garden. The Café offers wholesome, nutritious meals, snacks, sustainably sourced coffee, tea and treats.
